Restaurant right at the beach. Food was good and prices were fair. You can go to the their private section at the beach while you wait for food and drinks, just awesome if are not interested on staying all day at the beach.
Absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Went there twice on our stay in San Carlos because it was one of the better places to go. The coffee was delicious and the tres leches cake with ice cream was the reason we went back the second time and ended up eating again. Friendly staff, delicious food and right by the beach. Also LIVE MUSIC ON THE WEEKENDS!!!
Love the tapas, humus, garlic mushrooms. Same as the bacanora drinks! These are amazing.
I was a little leery of going here because of some of the reviews but after going for breakfast Thursday at 9:15 in the morning I can say that people that say it's the nicest place to eat in all of San Carlos are correct! My breakfast casserole and my wife's chilaquiles were top-notch! The location which seems like it might be a little cold being right on the beach was absolutely perfect! We sat right on the cusp of being outside and it was glorious even though the day was a little cloudy. My eggs were cooked absolutely perfectly and I can tell there's a lot of attention going into the food at Sunset Grill. I will also include photos of the menu with all the drinks on it. But the biggest surprise was probably the service which is the best and I mean the absolute best I've ever had in the entire world! I've been to Europe and Australia and all of Central America, China and Japan, and all over the USA, so this is saying a lot! I'm not sure what it would be like if the place was really crowded but since it was sparse when we were there I can say you will be very well pleased if you go for breakfast. We heard that portions were small but this is not the case they were very ample. We will definitely be back!
The arrecherra steak is wonderful. And the house salad can be a meal. The house dressing in awesome. And finish with the tres leche cake. Oh, and go at sunset
A rather unique setting because you are seated in sand right on the beach. Excellent food - the pork ribs are out of this world. Everything is a la carte, so you need to purchase the sides (the mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms were both fantastic). A bit pricy (for Mexico), but worth it.
Beautiful beach side restaurant with really cool decor. Great food and wonderful views. Sits right next to Soggy Peso so if live music is playing there, you will experience it here as well. Service was excellent. Only open limited hours, so check before you go.
